Records of our participation in the IV DayTech at Escola Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional Professora Lourdinha Guerra! 

We had the opportunity to hold a round table with the theme “Tech Girls: Inspiring the New Generation of Women in Technology”. 

Our volunteers from Technology courses shared their perspectives and achievements, in addition to presenting the current scenario in the area. They reinforced why the presence of more women in technology is essential and encouraged high school students to enter this promising field.

Charla impartida por Ing. Víctor Cornejo, Ingeniero Industrial, con Maestría en Administración de Empresas y Maestría en Tecnología Educativa, posee Postgrado en Gestión de Proyectos, PMBOK, ademas es Coach Certificado en Psicología Individual, Director de Planificación/Project Manager, Docente universitario de grado y postgrado. Asesor de tesis y jurado evaluador, Dirección de procesos de planificación, y Consultor/Asesor empresarial.

Cuenta con más de 35 años de experiencia en análisis, definición y desarrollo de proyectos de desarrollo tecnológicos, innovación y en estudios nacionales abordando diversos temas sociales, económicos y educativos.
Integrante del Consejo Fundador de IEEE Sección Aguascalientes y presidenta actual de IEEE Sección Aguascalientes. Ganadora del galardón de WIE Women in Engineering – IEEE, Atécnia 2018.

The Departments of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering 
at BVRIT, in collaboration with IEEE BVRIT SB & IEEE WIE, organized a motivational 
session titled “My Story – Motivational Session by Successful Start-up Founder” 
on January 8, 2025. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guest 
Mr. Venkat R J, Founder of Zephoria Tech Pvt. Ltd., who inspired students with 
his journey and insights into entrepreneurship and innovation in healthcare 
technology.  

Abstract: This lecture explores three trends shaping the energy industry: the growth of renewable energy,
the rise of distributed energy resources (DER), and the increasing application of artificial
intelligence (AI) in energy systems. The discussion highlights both obstacles and opportunities
associated with these trends, including integration of renewable energy, development of new
transmission infrastructure, as well as the importance of leveraging emerging technologies such
as dynamic transmission optimization and AI-driven demand response and grid management.
The speaker will provide examples of her current projects throughout the discussion and student
questions are most welcome to further explore these evolving topics.

Celebrar el impresionante trabajo de los investigadores universitarios de la Universidad San Francisco de Quito, cuyos proyectos serán destacados. 

The objective of conducting an event for school children at Good life Center located at Tambaram on the occasion of IEEE Educational Week is to introduce them to the world of electronic circuits through engaging demonstrations and interactive sessions. By providing hands-on experiences, we aim to spark their interest in STEM fields, specifically electronics. Additionally, incorporating fun games into the event will further enhance their learning experience and foster a positive association with technology and innovation. Our goal is to inspire and educate the next generation of young minds in the exciting realm of electronics and technology.
