The Spectrum Discussion held on 2 September 2024 from 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm at Lecture Hall 6 was organized by the JIT IEEE Student Branch alongside the WIE Affinity Group (AG). Vishnu Baalan B, Secretary of JIT IEEE, discussed “Emerging Technology Trends in Artificial Intelligence”, offering insights into AI’s transformative role across industries. Sadurthika G, Secretary of JIT WIE, presented “Emerging Technology Trends in Sustainable Technology”, emphasizing innovations aimed at addressing environmental and energy challenges. Her talk explored sustainable practices and technologies, including renewable energy systems and smart environmental monitoring, which contribute to resource conservation and eco-friendly industry practices.
