Quantum Epidemiology Analysis (QEA)

Quantum Epidemiology Analysis (QEA) 150 150 ieeeeduweek

The ongoing debate comparing chronic illnesses in vaccinated versus unvaccinated children is a topic needs fundamental review of
Epidemiology.

Dr KRS Murthy having been through a long career would like to present Epidemiology at foundational level and the modalities of
viruses. He will present the foundational concepts, especially in its repeated and natural to the viruses modes of mutation.
He will also present the potential of quantum computing in analyzing how the viruses mutate, all possible mutation modes, how the
viruses spread, how the infected spread while travelling on the road, even simple walking around, airline travels, as the viruses ride
on the carriers, and the voracity of the viruses in total effective spreading.
Extremely important, the vaccinations developed by researchers, produced, and distributed to the vaccination centers, also the
misconceptions that vaccination produced by pharmaceutical companies would broadly take care of vaccinating for the target virus,
not realizing the the vaccinations need to be designed to target the latest virus morphed version, further manufactured, produced,
distributed to the vaccination centers every time the virus mutates.
Important difficulty is in identifying new mutations of the viruses diligently scouting in all parts of the globe, further collect the latest
mutation version to be as a next step to ensure the new vaccination particularly targets not only the previous mutations that are
already covered, but include all mutations over time.

To add to discourse we like to introduce Prakash Ramchandran a veteran of technology who was part of year 2000 HIPAA regulations and
recent Quantum and Machine learning concepts to enable Analyse the various Data Sets. Plus the expert Doctor Taposh Dutta-Roy
who has several years of experience in shaping quantum Models for Health Outcomes based on his work at Kaier OPermanente. He
has been leading Silicon Valley Quantum and Advanced Computing (SVQAC) for last several years.
After the presentation by Dr .K.R.S Murthy there will be debate amongst the panel followed by a Q&A session
