The event began with a warm welcome from the chairperson of IEEE SB, who expressed excitement about welcoming Batch 2024 into the IEEE family. A representative from IEEE SB and PES provided insights into the mission, vision, and global impact of IEEE, emphasizing its role in fostering
innovation and professional development through a presentation. Attendees learned about various opportunities available through IEEE, including access to technical resources, participation in workshops, conferences, and networking events with industry professionals. To foster connections
among new members, several ice-breaking games were conducted. These activities encouraged participants to interact with one another in a fun and relaxed environment.
