The event was an exclusive visit organized for BAU 3rd-year students to Lebanon Cables, located in Nahr Ibrahim on the occasion of IEEE Education week. The students gathered at the venue, and the event commenced promptly at 10:30 AM.
Upon arrival, at 10:30 AM, the students were greeted and provided with essential Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). To ensure their safety, a comprehensive video presentation on safety guidelines was shown, featuring valuable insights from a Health and Safety Engineer.
From 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the students embarked on an informative tour inside the plant, guided by two experienced supervisors. They were given a firsthand glimpse into the production process, witnessing the intricate operations and gaining valuable knowledge about cable manufacturing.
This engaging event allowed the students to witness the inner workings of Lebanon Cables, fostering a deeper understanding of the industry and providing them with real-world insights into their field of study.
