IEEE Educational Events

The Open Doors event held at the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics took place. The event was dedicated to high school students, showcasing all the activities and research conducted within the Department, as well as providing insight into the future prospects of its students. The spotlight was also the presentation of IEEE student branch in Lamia, we analyzed the purpose of the organisation and we presented our past activities and outlined our future plans for the upcoming year. Throughout this two-day event, IEEE volunteers were responsible for guiding high school students through the department’s facilities, sharing their personal experiences and insights about their academic life.
