YP Italy Section Affinity Group è lieta di presentare un ciclo di webinar dedicati ai giovani professionisti italiani, pensato per supportare la transizione dal contesto accademico/universitario a quello aziendale. L’iniziativa intende offrire un supporto concreto a studenti universitari, laureandi e neolaureati in una fase particolarmente delicata del loro percorso, favorendo una comprensione più consapevole delle dinamiche aziendali e delle competenze richieste dal mercato del lavoro. Il webinar è gratuito per tutti gli iscritti YP.
Ogni incontro prevede il contributo di professionisti provenienti da realtà aziendali di rilievo, esperti in ambito HR, ex studenti oggi inseriti nel mondo del lavoro e specialisti in formazione e orientamento, con l’obiettivo di fornire punti di vista concreti e operativi.
Il secondo incontro, dal titolo “Strategie per emergere nel mercato del lavoro: dal CV a LinkedIn”, sarà dedicato a strumenti pratici e suggerimenti operativi per costruire un profilo professionale efficace, valorizzare le proprie competenze e migliorare la visibilità nei confronti dei recruiter.
Ospite dell’evento sarà Ilaria Mazzeo, consulente di carriera e fondatrice di CV&Lavoro, realtà specializzata in personal branding, recruiting e strategie di posizionamento professionale. Ilaria Mazzeo opera da anni nel supporto a candidati e manager, aiutandoli a costruire profili professionali efficaci e riconoscibili, con un approccio consapevole e orientato alle reali esigenze del mercato del lavoro. Collabora con enti di formazione e aziende, con l’obiettivo di rendere più strategico l’ingresso e la crescita nel mondo professionale.

The initiative aims to provide concrete support to university students, graduating students, and recent graduates during a particularly delicate phase of their career path, fostering a more informed understanding of workplace dynamics and the skills required by the job market. The webinar is free of charge for all YP members.
Each event features contributions from professionals working in leading companies, HR experts, former students now established in the workforce, and specialists in training and career guidance, with the goal of offering practical and actionable perspectives.
The second webinar, entitled “Strategies to Stand Out in the Job Market: From CV to LinkedIn,” will focus on practical tools and actionable advice for building an effective professional profile, enhancing one’s skills, and improving visibility in the eyes of recruiters.
The guest speaker will be Ilaria Mazzeo, career consultant and founder of CV&Lavoro, a firm specializing in personal branding, recruiting, and professional positioning strategies. For several years, Ilaria Mazzeo has been supporting candidates and managers in developing effective and distinctive professional profiles, adopting a thoughtful approach aligned with real labor market needs. She collaborates with training institutions and companies, with the aim of making entry into and growth within the professional world more strategic and sustainable.
