To ensure a well-organized and beautifully decorated event, the IEEE XTREME 18.0 Logistics Manager held a session with the committee members to kick off the preparations.

The Logistics Manager began by presenting a clear outline of the tasks ahead, meticulously explaining each step. She, then, explained the selected theme for the event ‘Retro’, guiding the team on the types of ideas and concepts to explore for decorations and logistics. The team was encouraged to unleash their creativity, contributing fresh and innovative suggestions to make the event stand out.

As the session progressed, the energy in the room became contagious. Members were full of enthusiasm, sharing ideas, and brainstorming ways to follow the theme. 

By the end of the meeting, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation, as each committee member left willing to dive into the logistics work. The event preparations now had a passionate and committed team, eager to deliver an unforgettable experience.

One day before IEEE XTREME 18.0, the logistics committee came together to finalize preparations and assign specific roles for event day. 

The meeting began with a detailed explanation of the responsibilities for each role, emphasizing the importance of accountability and commitment and insisting that anyone taking on a role must be fully aware of their duties and dedicated to fulfilling their tasks effectively to ensure the success of the event.

The meeting concluded with each committee member assigned their task, feeling ready and excited to take on their responsibilities and showcase their abilities. The team left energized and motivated to make an incredible and unforgettable edition of the event.
