“Pequeños Grandes Ingenieros” (Little Big Engineers) is an initiative by IEEE WIE Nicaragua with eight years of successful experience in STEM education. Children get to experience what it is like to be an engineer for a day, exploring computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, and leadership. Through hands-on workshops and ICTs, we transform technical fields into fun and empowering experiences. We seek to inspire future leaders and cultivate a diverse pool of talent to ensure professional continuity in our region.
