On 30th September 2024, IEEE TCET organized an enlightening seminar on higher studies abroad. The session, led by Professor Nitin Latte, founder of the International Mentorship Forum (IMF), provided a comprehensive guide for students aspiring to pursue education abroad. The event began with a warm introduction by the Chairperson, who highlighted the significance of international education in today’s competitive environment.

Professor Latte shared insights on admissions, placements, and career opportunities, emphasizing the benefits of international education, including global exposure, networking, and professional growth. Key topics discussed included university systems, one-year master’s programs, and standardized tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, and GMAT. Additionally, visa processes and the role of extracurricular activities in building a strong application were covered.

The seminar offered students a clear roadmap for applying to top global universities, featuring steps like “apply, reply, obtain a visa, and fly.” The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice-Chairperson, leaving students motivated and well-prepared for their academic journeys.
