The Uninorte Campus STEM 2025–30 event takes place from November 27 to 28 at Universidad del Norte and brings together high school students for hands-on and exploratory activities on campus.

On November 27, the day begins at 8:15 a.m. with entry through Gate 7, followed at 8:30 by activities such as an escape room, a faculty–student conversation on electricity and electronics, and additional hands-on sessions in the engineering labs. A snack break takes place at 10:20. Throughout the morning, students also participate in workshops hosted by faculty and volunteers that explore electrical engineering concepts, culminating in creative activities such as a plastilina workshop.

On November 28, the morning program begins again at 8:15 a.m. with entry through Gate 7. The schedule includes the Mechanical Arm Workshop, a snack break at 9:45, a session on solar panels led by a guest speaker, and Workshop #1 on aerogenerators. After lunch, at 2:00 p.m., students continue with an Oscilloscope Lab session, followed by a snack break at 3:30. The day concludes with a guided visit to the Final Projects Fair at the Los Fundadores Coliseum from 3:50 to 5:30 p.m.

Across the two days, participants engage in workshops, demonstrations, and interactive learning spaces that invite them to explore engineering, technology, and scientific creativity firsthand.

The Uninorte Campus STEM 2025 event was an immersive program designed to spark interest in STEM fields among high school students. Held over three days at Universidad del Norte during the summer, the program included academic and recreational activities in campus laboratories.

  • June 24: Day of Energy
Activities included a “Sustainable Solutions” workshop, a campus tour, and a Cine Club session featuring “Cities of the Future.”

  • June 25: Day of Telecommunications
Students participated in sessions like “An Alumni Shares Their Journey” and “Connect the World,” concluding with the “STEM Challenge: Where Future Engineers Are Born.”

  • June 26: Day of Robotics and AI
Highlights included a workshop titled “Hack the Artificial Mind” and a closing ceremony.

Participants from 9th to 11th grade gained hands-on experience and insights into STEM careers, with certificates awarded to attendees who completed all sessions.
