2021 has gone through a lot of changes. The Pandemic affected the public health, world economy, job market, and changed our life. The quickly approved COVID-19 vaccines and the push for vaccination did improve the public health in the first 8 months of 2021. But the virus variants interrupted the economy and growth momentum in the second half of 2021. The inflation, excessive money supply, worker shortage, the supply chain and logistic issues added to the complexity of the investment market. With hot money and additional new investors, the investment market did end up with a double-digit gain year.
