Let’s Learn Arduino

Let’s Learn Arduino 1090 779 ieeeeduweek

Learn how to use Arduino hardware and software in this full course for beginners. Arduino is an easy-to-use, open-source electronics platform. Arduino boards are able to read inputs – light on a sensor, a finger on a button, or a Twitter message – and turn it into an output – activating a motor, turning on an LED, publishing something online. You can tell your board what to do by sending a set of instructions to the microcontroller on the board.

SensEdu – an Internet-Based Short Course in Sensorics

SensEdu – an Internet-Based Short Course in Sensorics 1250 781 ieeeeduweek

Conventional teaching of sensors, based on lectures, static written materials has become rather diffi- cult recently. The main objective of the project started at two decacades ago was the development of a multimedia supported edu- cation material that teaches the application of microelectronics and packaging technologies in designing smart sensor devices for the next generation intelligent systems. The new approach of teaching sensorics tries to exploit all advantages of multimedia.
