World Robot Olympiad Lebanon 2025 – Arduino Workshop

We are excited to announce that WRO Lebanon 2025 is taking place on July 20, 2025, at Platea – Jounieh, under the patronage of His Excellency Kamal Shehade, Minister of State for Technology Affairs and Artificial Intelligence and in partnership with USEK University and IPT Group.
WRO is a global robotics competition engaging youth aged 6 to 22 in solving real-world challenges through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
This year’s theme is: “The Future of Robots.”
Participants will explore the impact of robotics in: Smart and Sustainable Cities, Artificial Intelligence in Daily Life or Space Exploration
Competition Categories:
• RoboStarter (Ages 6–9): LEGO WeDo 2.0 or Spike Essential
• RoboMission (Ages 8-12/11-15/14-19): Free choice of hardware/software
• Future Innovators (Ages 8-12/11-15/14-19): Project-based – free choice of technology
• Future Engineers (Ages 14–22): Self-Driving Car challenge
• RoboSports (Ages 11–19): Double Tennis game using Arduino or LEGO Education
To better prepare for the competition the below workshops will be held:
