WIEspire is a Women in Engineering (WIE) Day celebration organized by the IEEE WIE ENET’Com Student Affinity Group, dedicated to highlighting the role of women in STEM and encouraging young engineers to create a positive impact through technology. Aligned with the theme “Technology with Purpose: Innovate Responsibly, Inspire Globally, Lead with Integrity,” the event emphasizes the importance of responsible innovation, ethical leadership, and entrepreneurship in shaping the future of engineering.

         Helding online, WIEspire provides an accessible platform for participants from different backgrounds to connect, exchange ideas, and learn from inspiring experiences. The program features interactive activities including workshops, inspiring talks, discussions, and soft skills sessions designed to strengthen participants’ technical, professional, and leadership abilities.
