The IEEE Pikes Peak Section is excited to kick off a dynamic STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/AI, and Mathematics) initiative designed to foster innovation, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Whether you’re an engineer, educator, student, or industry professional, this initiative is your chance to contribute to shaping the future of STEM/STEAM education.

Led by Dr. John Santiago, past IEEE Faculty Advisor (CTU, 2007–2019) and IEEE Pikes Peak Chair (2019–2023), this initiative will focus on:

✅ Developing 10 interactive workstations for the educational community outreach, featuring hands-on demonstrations from past student projects and new STEM/STEAM experiments.

✅ Participating in local STEM/STEAM outreach programs, including:

• Cool Science
• Engineering Summit
• Space Foundation – Summer of Discovery
• Job Fairs & More!
• District Libraries throughout Colorado Springs & Pueblo!

🔹 Squishy Circuits Demo – Build circuits using Play-Doh!, See how simple Motors Work in Room C1,
🔹 Develop STEM/STEAM Kits – Brainstorm and test new educational applications.
🔹 Review STEAM/STEM Kits in Room C2

🔹Welcome new people in Room C3

Main Conference:  Empowering members with AI-Assisted Camtasia (Introductory Tutorials), Strategizing and Education of applying more IEEE grants for next year, Pyramid of Success (5 layers) to include the Step-Ladder of Self-Leadership and the TEAM Leadership Triangle, participation in COOL Science events,
