Whether you’re an engineer, educator, student, or industry professional, this initiative is your chance to contribute to shaping the future of STEM/STEAM education.

Led by Dr. John Santiago, past IEEE Faculty Advisor (CTU, 2007–2019) and IEEE Pikes Peak Chair (2019–2023), this initiative will focus on:
β Developing 10 interactive workstations for the educational community outreach, featuring hands-on demonstrations from past student projects and new STEM/STEAM experiments.
β Participating in local STEM/STEAM outreach programs, including:

- Engineering Summit
- Space Foundation – Summer of Discovery
- Job Fairs & More!
- District Libraries throughout Colorado Springs & Pueblo!

Main Conference: Empowering members with AI-Assisted Camtasia (Introductory Tutorials), Strategizing and Education of applying more IEEE grants for next year, Pyramid of Success (5 layers) to include the Step-Ladder of Self-Leadership and the TEAM Leadership Triangle, participation in COOL Science events,
