Sri Lanka Inspire Career Compass Speaker Training Session is organized to provide career guidance knowledge, and speaker training for the 2026 SL Inspire Organizing Committee members, Provincial Career Compass session speakers across 9 Student Branches, and undergraduates who are interested in career guidance.

Our guest speaker is Mr. Rushdhi Hadhi, one of the founding members of the IEEE SL Inspire National Project, as well as a career coach and consultant with 15 years of experience.
