Prof. Massimo Farina, from the University of Cagliari (Italy) will present a talk on how  algorithmic, AI (Artificial Intelligence)-driven, and post-GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) European realm affects digital communication rights. Prof. Farina will tackle aus issues related to the distribution right of digital content within the new paradigms driven by AI-powerd content creation tools.

The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and by a meeting of the Directorial Board of the IEEE Broadcasting Chapter in Romania.
