​Introduce practitioners to approaches to evaluating the impact of Distributed Energy Resource (DER) integration on the power distribution system. At the workshop’s end, participants are expected to be able to add DERs to an existing distribution system model, and run power flow simulations in OpenDSS independently, using both the native interface and programmatically with Python. Hands-on participants are expected to install OpenDSS and Python before the start of the workshop. Prior registration is required as seats are limited.
