IEEE Kerala Young Professionals Affinity Group, in partnership with IEEE Women in Engineering at College of Engineering Chengannur, organized an enlightening Group Discussion (GD) session as part of the Daksha 2.0 event held on October 7th and 8th, 2023. The session aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective participation in group discussions. The GD Training was handled by Dilber P Shakir (Applications Engineer, Oracle India), Janaki Devi R (Associate software engineer, H&R Block India), Aparna SL (Engineer, Tata Elxsi Limited), Govind S Nath (Embedded Software Engineer, trizlabz Pvt Ltd), Aravind P Unnithan (Senior Software Engineer, InApp) & Akshara Bruno
(Product Development Engineer, Envestnet).

Key points covered during the GD session included:

1. **Introduction to GD**: The session began with an overview of what a GD is and its importance in various aspects of personal and professional life.

2. **GD Structure**: Participants learned about the typical structure of a group discussion, including the introduction, body, and conclusion.
