Abstract: This lecture primarily focuses on the development of novel neural micro-nano electrode arrays and systems for brain-machine interfaces, as well as their advancements in the detection and regulation of neural information related to major brain diseases. These devices possess advantages such as miniaturization, high spatiotemporal resolution, multi-channel capabilities, and high sensitivity. As an essential direction in the emerging cross-disciplinary field of electronic information and life health, this technology holds significant scientific importance and widespread application prospects in areas such as brain science, life health, and next-generation artificial intelligence.
