The target audience for this event, which aims to strengthen the mentor-mentee relationship, consists of students from various departments within the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The main objective of the event is to provide a constructive and sincere sharing environment that supports professional development, where mentors can transfer their career experiences and corporate knowledge to their mentees.

The 75-minute Bosphorus tour, held aboard the Valide Sultan Ship, aimed to foster mutual trust through informal, natural communication and to establish strong bonds that will be reflected in the subsequent stages of the mentorship program. By sharing their challenges and strategies, the mentors aimed to broaden the mentees’ professional awareness and personal development perspectives, contributing to the clarification of their professional goals.
